MIDDLE SCHOOL EDUCATION AND TEACHING DEGREES

UNDERGRADUATE DEGREES

College students majoring in middle school education and teaching are rather rare. Each discipline grants roughly 6,200 yearly four-year degrees; 2,184 people last May earned undergraduate degrees in middle school education and teaching, making it the nation's 144th most popular concentration for undergraduates. 100 of those degrees were conferred at one college, Illinois State University, and 462 of those undergraduates went to colleges in Ohio.
