ARTS, ENTERTAINMENT, AND MEDIA MANAGEMENT DEGREES

UNDERGRADUATE DEGREES

Arts, entertainment, and media management is not an extremely in-demand subject. The average course of study grants 6,156 yearly undergrad degrees; 3,113 students last spring completed an undergraduate degree in arts, entertainment, and media management, making it the 113th most popular major in the US. Belmont University awarded 406 of those degrees (#1 in the US), and colleges in Tennessee accounted for more degrees than any US State (634).

It may possibly be challenging to find the best college, as bachelor's degrees in arts, entertainment, and media management are available at 213 colleges across the nation. Bachelor's degrees in arts, entertainment, and media management are just 11% more widely available than the average major, making it the 98th most widely available American subject.

GRADUATE DEGREES

While 74% of last year's degrees in arts, entertainment, and media management were undergrad degrees; 26% were postgrad degrees. Arts, entertainment, and media management is the 115th most popular advanced degree in the US, with 1,121 degrees conferred. To put that in context, the average subject is 2.5 times more popular among master's & doctor's students than arts, entertainment, and media management.

In Total, 4,234 students received a bachelor's or higher in arts, entertainment, and media management last spring.

ONLINE ARTS, ENTERTAINMENT, AND MEDIA MANAGEMENT DEGREES

464 of those 4,234 graduates (11%) completed totally online programs - 285 undergraduate students and 179 postgrad students. As you can see, arts, entertainment, and media management is not the most popular online focus. It's the 74th most in-demand online degree with 40.8% less remote students than the average subject. For postgrads, it ranks 102nd, and is 70.9% under the US average (616).

Full Sail University granted 180 online undergraduate degrees, more than any other school in the nation. Last fall, 14,908 undergraduates were attending the institution online, 75% of their students. They offer 31 completely online disciplines, which is 76% of their majors.

Moreover, Colleges from Florida awarded the most online undergraduate degrees in arts, entertainment, and media management last May (180). Florida independently accounts for 63% of the major's online students.

9.2% of all four-year degrees in arts, entertainment, and media management are completed in completely online programs, (16% for graduate degrees). Los Angeles Film School's last undergraduate class had the most dense population of online arts, entertainment, and media management majors in the USA (19.46%). 71 students in their 363 student class completed an online college degree in arts, entertainment, and media management. They offer 50% of their degrees remotely, and had 2,492 enrolled online college students last fall. That's 48% of the student body.

6 colleges around the country offer undergraduate degrees via a comprehensively online program, making it the 98th most widely offered online major in the US. 3% of institutions handing out the degree even have a comprehensively online option, and 0% of the institutions granting the degree online are public. The remaining 100% are private. California is number one in the nation in providing remote choices, with 2 of the programs headquartered there.

If you wish to study arts, entertainment, and media management and don't like a class room environment, you might want to view Berklee College of Music, as it has the 3rd best arts, entertainment, and media management program in the US. They also grant an additional 6 degrees fully online, so their systems are likely good. Further, 1,222 remote undergraduate students go to the school, which is 19% of their enrolled students.
