College is an incredibly revelatory time in one's life; it is an occasion for personal progress and development. Pupils begin to realize what they wish to pursue and build the requisite skills to be a successful member of society. But learning is more than what one learns in a classroom - the discussions one has with their classmates, the funny story received from an eccentric professor, the exposure to a different interpretation of the situation. Therefore, finding a diverse college vastly enriches what you gain from your time at college.

Pharmacology and Toxicology is a more popular major for students of color than white students. 45% of America's Pharmacology and Toxicology majors are white students, followed by asian students (24%), students of other races**(14%), and latino students (10%).
