College can be an immensely revelatory time in one's life; it's an occasion for individual growth and maturation. Pupils begin to figure out who they are and learn many of the crucial skills to become a halcyon adult. But learning is deeper than what one learns in a classroom environment - the interactions which one has with his peers, the funny story received from a tenured professor, the exposure to a different approach. Therefore, finding a diverse college tremendously enriches what you gain from your time at school.

Organizational Leadership is a slightly more ethnically diverse subject than average*. 64% of the nation's Organizational Leadership majors are white students, followed by black students (14%), latino students (12%), and students of other races**(7%). The most ethnically diverse college* in the top 100 is University of Houston located in Houston, TX.

Secondly, Organizational Leadership is pretty diverse with respect to gender, with 50% of students majoring in Organizational Leadership identifying as women. University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, IA has the most gender balanced student body in the top 100.

Another significant type of diversity is financial diversity. Sadly, Organizational Leadership ranks in the bottom 39% of subjects class diversity. 29% of its students come from low income families, 15% are from families with $48,000 to $75,000 annual incomes, and 26% grew up in very high income households. Friends University is the most fiscally diverse college in the top 100.

Considering each type of diversity, overall NY is the most diverse state for Organizational Leadership. The Far West is the most diverse region, and the American Athletic Conference is the most diverse conference.
