Pupils begin to realize who they desire to become and build the rudimentary skills to become a prosperous member of society. But growth isn't exclusively found in a classroom environment - the discussions one has with his peers, the funny story learned from an old professor, the exposure to a different position. As such, attending a diverse college tremendously improves what you gain from your time in university.

Office Management and Supervision is a more popular major among students of color than white students.
