Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience of professional software development experience
- Profound proficiency in Java, C# or Node.js
- Deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming
- Extensive experience in Spring, .Net, Nest.js
- Serverless workload experience
- Track record of designing and deploying REST APIs
- Extensive exposure to tuning performance and scaling applications
- Test deployment at unit and integration level
- Monitor applications in production and in staging, troubleshooting immediately
- Strong experience in various database engines (relational + non-relational)
- Tech leader and squad leader experience is a must
- Cloud-native experience with distributed systems

- Solve exceptional challenges with brilliant people

- Move ideas from paper to reality
- Architect and implement custom software solutions
- Coding approximately 80% of the time creating MVPs and proof of concepts
- Building REST APIs for various applications
- Migrating legacy applications into innovative microservice architectures
- Implement best practices of continuous integration and deployment
- Build scalable asynchronous and synchronous systems
- Environment allowing for boundaries to constantly be tested
- Agile methodology is fundamental
- Role level is flexible, depending on experience the hire could be junior or specialist level
