Qualifications
- Minimum MSc or PhD level in machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics or computer science
- Proven track record in machine learning techniques and statistical modeling
- Extensive experience in SQL, Scala, Python and R
- Ability to implement sophisticated data science methods to solve business challenges
- Portfolio of advanced statistical models previously commercially implemented at scale
- Excellent communication skills
What You'll Do
- Harness abstract data inform sophisticated models and inform real-time decision making
- Understand complex and varied data sets
- Focus on highly optimized code to further enhance scalability
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams involving machine learning and design simultaneously
- Lead team of junior data scientists and data analysts as necessary
- Work extensively with data engineering team to transform data into ready state
- Evolve complex models into stunning visual interfaces
